Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be undamaged and returned with original packaging.
Returns exclude the following:
- Opened supplements, unless defective.
- Used Neutralizer Disc Packs.
- Items damaged from abuse, neglect, improper use or care, etc.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, wrong or defective item).
- Allow 5 business days for your account to be credited with your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. This helps us resolve the problem quickly and determine the best solution.
Return Shipping
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. If you choose to return an item without tracking, we cannot guarantee that we will receive it.
- Returns lost in transit without tracking are not eligible for refunds or replacement.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
